Worthy am I ( a prayer)

Worthy am I

I am redeemed

My heart is His

And His alone

I seek to satisfy

Through many means

People, circumstances

Doing what Matters

But none suffice

I must look beyond self

Only at Him

Read His Word

Commit truth to mind and memory

Speak it out loud

I do matter

In His eyes

I am complete already

When will this sink in?

When will I believe it

All the way

Deep down inside?

The work is done

Trust that

Know that

Live that

This is all I ask

That this truth would flow out of me

And others may want the same

As I look at the gifts all around me and realize how truly blessed I am I finally realize, deep down inside just how much I am loved by my Father in Heaven. May each of these children, Nolan, Jacob, Holly, Audrey Faith, Ebonie and Adam be blessed with a knowledge of this that will reach to many generations!

And may my husband and I continue to draw close to You Jesus and lead these children in your way!

Prayer for the New Year 2017

My prayer for this year would be that You Lord, would help me to be bold in sharing Your love with others. To be a friend who is genuine and to serve others with the gifts that you have given me. Guide Paul and I and help us to live a life that gives glory to you. Help us to eat healthy and live healthier.
"Do you not know that bodies are temples of the holy spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." 1 Corinthians 6, 19-20 Lord, please let this verse be in our hearts for this year. Bring health and healing to my husband in Jesus name I pray. Amen

Freedom

Freedom, Liberty. As an American, you are sure to define these words quickly. We have so many freedoms in this country. To speak, to write, to go to whatever church we want, to wear what we want, to shop, to support causes. The list is endless. But freedom from sin and death is THE thing that we can get from only one place. And that is only through Jesus. It is simply a prayer. "Lord, I am a sinner. I believe that you sent your son Jesus to earth as a baby. This baby grew up and lived in this world. He knew the trials, the temptations and all the difficulties that we face because He faced them too. He understands how we feel when we are hurt, crying and rejected because He went through all of the same things. I thank you God for sending Jesus. I believe that He died on the cross in my place. Because of this, I can now go to heaven. I accept all that You did for me and I ask you to come into my heart. Thank you for loving me. Amen" If you pray this prayer with sincerity, God will come to you. He will never leave you or forsake you. The Bible is full of so many promises. "Therefore if the son makes you free, you shall be free indeed." John 8:36

Welcome

Welcome to my page! I have always enjoyed writing and have finally figured out an outlet for the words God has given me to share. Not sure where it will lead but my prayer has been for God to lead me in paths of righteousness for his namesake and to write words that will only bring glory to HIM! So as I flounder along this new path, please bear with me and I will try to share, entertain, inspire and give back to my friends and family! All with the guidance of HIM of course.

There is so much negative information and ways to fall into sin on the internet but there is also such an incredible way to reach those who do not know the love of God. So in whatever way I can, let me be an instrument in your hand and share the incredible love you have shown me in my life!

On July 19th in my devotions I wrote, I realize the ministry God has for me is my family. Because that is what holds my attention the most. So how can I better serve my family Lord? this is my prayer to reach out to my extended family more in the form of prayer and words. Of course God responded with this verse in Psalm 89 : I will sing of the Lords great love forever; with my mouth I willl make your faithfulness known through all generations." Let this verse be the foundation upon which I minister to my family around me.!
